There is no better time to get out from behind the computer screens and explore our community.  Throughout the entire month of October, the Chatham Area Public Library encourages you and your family to participate in a Community Scavenger Hunt.

Those interested in participating can pick up a clue sheet in the Library’s lobby or print one off from the Library’s website at www.chathamlib.org.  The answers to the clues, each of which will be a code word, will be on signs in grassy areas or on windows of public places or businesses in the Ball and Chatham Townships.

Once all answers are written down, the completed clue sheets can be returned to the Library by October 31 to be entered into a raffle for a family prize pack.

Hints will be available by phone at 217-483-2713 or in the Library’s lobby.  All ages are welcome to participate, have fun, and maybe even learn something new!

If you have any questions, please contact Alanna Sablotny at [email protected].
